Transit And Paratransit Management Certificate Program

In partnership with University of the Pacific, CTSA Extension offers a Transit and Paratransit Management Certificate program. The certificate program is designed for transit and paratransit employees interested in management positions, and or current managers seeking to enrich their leadership skills.

The program consists of 8 classes that review key industry essentials for transportation professionals. Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of management principles including: marketing, risk management, human resources, operations, financial management and leadership.

Class size is limited to allow participants an opportunity to interact with one other and instructors. Participants who successfully complete seven of the eight courses receive a Transit and Paratransit Management Certificate issued by the University of the Pacific.

Scholarships
Access Services offers the Joe King Memorial Scholarship to providers, employees, or outside agency participants associated with the field of paratransit. To learn more about submitting your application,

Eligibility
Access Services contractors, including member agencies that work in paratransit or Dial A-Ride services and have been an employee with their respective agency for at least one year.

Scholarship Award
The scholarship covers 100% of the enrollment fees to the Transit and Paratransit Management Certificate Program. Please note that lodging, transportation, parking, meals or any other associated expenses are not compensated.
